Our Vision
To alleviate the stress and trauma experienced by veterans transitioning into civilian life, with the ultimate goal of reducing and eliminating homelessness among veterans and their families through structured goal planning and comprehensive case management. We aim to extend our services to all military personnel regardless of gender or sexual orientation.

Intake Assesments

We conduct thorough assessments to determine eligibility and review each client's medical, physical, and mental health history.
Phycosocial Assesments
Our in-depth evaluations gather detailed information on mental health and family history, allowing us to create personalized treatment plans.
Transitional Housing Plans
Clients develop a 90-day housing plan, guided by a Housing Specialist, to explore options such as single occupancy or shared living.
Employment Plans
Employment Plans
Through assessment and collaboration with our Employment Specialists, clients identify employment goals and receive support in securing temporary or permanent jobs, leveraging their strengths and addressing weaknesses.​

Benefits Assistance
Our Claim Specialists and Case Managers assist clients in accessing service and non-service VA-connected benefits, ensuring they receive the support they are entitled to.
